I want to set up a free forum ne1 know any!?!

Maybe the same type as this one? I got one of these types too.
Im not sure if its still as easy to make one as before, mine's a little old by now, lol. Im sure the process changed a bit, but should not be too hard.

There's a small button linking to there, in every page of this forum. From there, you can look where to make a forum(i think), like this. And its easy, the hard part is getting it popular, lol.

Depends on how big and far you want to go. You can think about:

- amount of members?
- rules?
- (main) language?
- leaders? members?
- a (free) website? with or without forum?
- etc.

On english gta2.info there is a section about clans, if you have something serious I can add you there.
