GTA 2:Endgame

"Ah, remembers me of a good ol time, hehe... 2P with messing with car stats, super speed tanks, INSANE police cars... I miss that..." interesting, is it worth to record these on tape?? Like some futuristic animé thingy hehe

It's okay to me if you record it but I prefer that my movie (part) is (also) recorded correctly on my PC so I can edit it in my way. Editing low quality movies in (for example) movie maker makes the quality even worse...

If you guys like the way I edited it, I have no problem (trying to) editing your movie too.

Maybe tomorrow (Saturday the 8.) we can do a recording seven 'o clock. Or a different time but post it on the forums. I'll try to be there. It doesn't need to be the whole movie recording, but some good parts that I can edit to see how that goes and works. Smile

Im not gonna record, i got not much MB left on PC, i do want to watch though.

And any... easier explanation of that car thing on page 8?
Simply tell me where to place some cars, perhaps? Or what kind of places?

Edit: Perhaps name a dutch time in digital, like now, its 18:30 here.
I think most things are ready, got multiply dressing rooms, a bit spread across the map, a weapon room, carshops, uhh, all scenery is working, as soon as the car thing is known to me, i can finish it and upload it.
Or send it when we all come online perhaps?

Hamachi might be usefull, can acces shared folders, perhaps also good connection, if like old times not working too well.

And the car stats thing, might make a movie of it, who knows, it was good old fun times, hehe... Perhaps you and me 2P with that, using tanks with that is fun, hehe... Super speed tanks! squishing people within a second! EXTREMELY fast, and pretty uncontrollable.

The cars will be somewhere convenient on the road on the race map, the place where the players will be spawned into the game should access it quickly. But eh is it possible that a lot of copcars suddenly appears and will try to bump the car off the road, like some sort of major obstacle. I can play in the weekends! How about you all?

Dutch time 7 o' clock I was in Game Hunter today (Saturday the 8.) but no Awi or Carthief.

I can try tomorrow again but there is a big change I'll be doing other stuff around that time...

About the cars: I don't know where to place them because I don't have the map. Maybe you can create some parking spots so we can always jack a car from there for in the movie.

For example: the action car (get away car) in my movie would be a Michelin Roadster and if it got a scratch during recording that might need to be taken out without a new color (paint shop) so, some extra cars on the parking spots would be handy. Same goes for the cop cars.

Maybe create a special room with cars (like dressing room) or integrate the cars in some kind of car sellers shop.

In that case ill put it somewhere on a parking space, perhaps a new shop selling cars, probaly a fence to protect from cop cars(they drive like insane people when chasing someone).

Ill probaly be done after cars, then probaly a upload, hmm... first some bugfixes while ill make a place for cars anyway.

EDIT: Perhaps film it on... sunday like... 18:00? or later if needed, ill try to be on on such times, occasionally in GH, or perhaps contact me trough hamachi. Current network i use alot is CTTest2, password: gta2.

I guess ill edit or post when map is done.

Did we make an appointment together for 7 o' clock?? Oh damn, I see that sentence now of yesterdays post, usually i will let ya know if that time will fit me or not. So if I did not respond, i did not see it. And eh the files could be transmitted through our IM's!

Map completed, most things covered, ill upload ASAP.
Hmm... might want to check one small thing first before uploading, who knows its buggy. Editing post or making new post when upoaded.

Edit: [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], enjoy! As soon as the movie is done, it might make a suitable map to fight in too. Includes version with and without arrows, buttons for night and day, weapons, remaps, and around 32 scripted cars.
(And for the arrow thing used Sektors TT no arrow sty. Didnt test that version though.)

Edit: Now to help a friend with his online RPG game, making maps, etc...
